• 24 hour Emergency on-call

   Medical itself is $10/week.

• We have four tiers of flagging ( 1 – 4). Each comes with a dollar raise.

Learn and follow Summit/CMS policies, assist leads in set up and break down of job sites, start to learn basic skills required to perform daily duties, cooperate as part of a team.

Follow all Summit/CMS policies and begin imparting them upon others, continue to assist leads in set up and break down of job sites, learn basic set ups via pub 213 (101-110) & leads, communicate properly, cooperate as part of a team, begin to learn about towable equipment, begin to learn paperwork and entering hours into tablet.

Fully understand and teach Summit/CMS policies, knowledge of basic work zones in Pub 213 (101-110) and ability to set them up unassisted, communicate properly, lead a team as well as cooperate with a team, understanding of and ability to properly fill out all paperwork, able to enter hours into tablet, understand basics and operation of towable equipment, begin learning advanced work zones in pub 213 (118-127).

Teach and embody Summit/CMS policies, knowledge of all work zones and what to use on a daily basis, able to set up work zones unassisted, able to lead a team and work within a team, able to fill out all paperwork and enter hours into tablet, able to run advance / large work zones confidently, knowledge of operation and use of towable equipment, ability to teach and help those who aim to move up in the company.

The Flagging Foreman is responsible for supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely and on time. This position is primarily a hands-on role and is responsible for all communications with their specific crew members and management team.

The Flagging Trainer/Foreman’s primary responsibility is to coordinate, implement and track training for all traffic control employees. The secondary responsibility is for specific site coordination and administrative functions to ensure proper communications with crew members.
